844 Pounds of Love!

Our 4th grade students took a field trip to Roadrunner Food Bank recently. In preparation for their visit, they asked our school families to donate non-perishable food to take with them. Last year, they collected 350 pounds of food for needy families in the Albuquerque area.

This year, our school family donated 844 pounds of food!! WOW!! Each pound of food translates into feeding one person for about a week.

We are so proud of our students and families for their generosity, and we thank the 4th graders for being the hands and feet of Jesus in our community!
