Today we went to the CCI church in Comayagua, Honduras for Sunday services. The church was held outside in tents. One of the missionaries from El Ayudante was kind enough to interpret the message for us through headsets. After church, we went to another local restaurant called Ricas Pupusas. We were also able to take in a few of the sites in Central Park, Comayagua. When we returned to El Ayudante, we received evangelism training for building relationships in the community on other projects we will be doing this week. Then, we took a tour of the El Ayudante campus, learned of their history, and vision for growth in the future. When we returned to the mission house (where we are staying), we began prepping for our Vacation Bible School on Monday and Tuesday.

| This was the CCI church we attended today. It was a beautiful service and experience worshipping the Lord outside! |
| This is a pupusa. It is a corn tortilla with cheese in the middle oozing out cheesy goodness. You are supposed to eat this with only your fingers. You can place the cabbage and onion garnish in the middle of the tortilla like a taco or rip it apart and add the garnish that way. |
| In New Mexico, our New Mexican food is often served with chips and salsa before a meal. In Honduras, you are served chips with anafre. It is a warm bean and cheese dip that is simply fabulous! |
| This is the square in Central Park, Comayagua, Honduras. |
| All dressed up in the square! |
| El Ayudante is just putting the finishing touches on their Learning Center which will allow high school students in the area easier access to completing homework requiring internet and computers. They will be moving in to the building tomorrow! |
| El Ayudante has a full service medical and dental clinic for families in the surrounding area. Until they opened their clinic the nearest doctor was only available in Comayagua. This means it would be almost an hour away on very bumpy, unpaved roads like the ones in our post from yesterday. |

| Working hard to prepare for the Vacation Bible School we will be facilitating on Monday and Tuesday at a local school. |
The food looks wonderful! What a wonderful blessing to attend church there! Praying for the upcoming week that God would equip you and give you opportunities to share His love.
